Proverbs 18:21
Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.
Your tongue can either make you or mar you. The words you say can either take you up or bring you down. Your tongue can either take you to hell or heaven. This is what happened the day you got born again.
Romans 10:8-10
But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach;
That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth
confession is made unto salvation.
So which ever one you love, life or death, you'll eat the fruit thereof.
Deuteronomy 30:19
I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live:
You choose life by making the right confessions and death, by making the wrong confessions.
Choose life today. If you have been saying the wrong things, change them today. Say only what God has said about you.
Words like, I'm broke, I'm sick,... shouldn’t come out of your mouth. You should say according to 2 Corinthians 8:9, I am rich; and according to 1 Peter 2:24, I am the healed of God.
Choose life today by choosing to make the right confessions.
