STUDY: THE SPIRITUAL MAN
As you grow, your language changes in the realm of the spirit.
As a baby, everything is done for you. You are carnal as a babe.
1 Corinth. 3:1-3
The carnal man is the man who only relates with issues from the natural standpoint. He is sensuos, ordinary, worldly. He is on this plain of life.
He only thinks according to this world but he is born again.
Life is spiritual. You control life from the realm of the spirit otherwise you will be a victim. You should make up your mind not to be a victim but a victor. Its very easy to be a victim, just talk naturally, and the world will control you.
Its either you are spiritual or you are carnal
The Bible says in Rom. 8:6 - For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.
To be carnally minded on your bank account is death, your job, your home... e.t.c... is death. This kind of life ends in failure
To be spiritually minded is life and peace.
The peace that you enjoy cannot be bought with money.
Never envy the wicked or the non-Christian. They are not in good shape.
Eccl. 2:26 says For God giveth to a man that is good in his sight wisdom, and knowledge, and joy: but to the sinner He giveth travail, to gather and to heap up, that He may give to him that is good before God. This also is vanity and vexation of spirit.
This is one of the ways God blesses you.
Don't find yourself stuggling. Today you are into shoe business, tomorrow you are into hotel management, next you want to work in a bank. No!
You are a child of God. Don't compare yourself with others. Work in God's rest!
You are not on the same track or lane as others. Follow your track and win there.
Your competion should not be with others but on how to outdo your past. There is no one that can do it like you. Praise God!
You are born of the Spirit and therefore, you are spirit ruled. The spirit realm controls the physical, live from there. Praise God!

But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can He know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.
