John 11:25-26
Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: He that believeth in me, though He were dead, yet shall He live:
And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?
It is just as it is, "whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die."
If you are a believer, "you don’t die". Your life is not yours, it belongs to God, so no one, no sickness, nothing can take it away because there is no permission from it's owner.
Before you were born again, you were dead. The resurrection of Jesus gave you life. That life is called eternal life, Zoe, the very life of God. If it's the life of God, God cannot be sick, broke, or die. It's funny to say such. If these things are so and that life is in you, you cannot be any of these. It is the life you are living with now and not after the Judgemet day. Praise God.
