Job 22:27-28
Thou shalt make thy prayer unto him, and He shall hear thee, and thou shalt pay thy vows.
Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee: and the light shall shine upon thy ways.
When you pray God hears you. If you have made a vow, go ahead and pay it. Everytime and anytime you decree a thing, God backs you up. It becomes established because everything around you heard what you said. They begin to function together to ensure that it happens that way. Angels hear you, demons hear you. Praise God!
Then, it is established unto you. Hallelujah!
