Job 22:29
When men are cast down, then thou shalt say, There is lifting up; and He shall save the humble person.
Note that it says "thou shalt say..." This means when men are cast down, you should declare with your mouth, "There is lifting up..." Hallelujah!
So don’t keep quiet. Say it out, "There is lifting up...."
Look around you to see where men are cast down and then just do as the Scripture has said.
