Hebrews 12:2-3
Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.
For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds.
Looking away from everything else unto Jesus, the beginner and perfected of your faith.
Look away from the troubles of life, look away from your Job, business, health and body, unto Jesus. Set your gaze on the Master. Whatever tries to distract you, refuse to give it attention. Only set your focus on Jesus.
When your faith is weak, He perfects it.
He endured the cross and despised the shame in consideration of the joy ahead. This is what Jesus did for us on the cross. Ow He is seated at the right hand of God.
That right is the place of authority. Hallelujah! The best part of is is that, you are seated together with Him. Hallelujah! You are seated together with Him at that place of authority. The Bible tells us that "...as He is, so are we in this world.
1 John 4:17."
