2 Corinthians 10:4-5
(For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)
Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;
The weapons of our warfare are not man-made.
Strongholds are ideas in people's heads - theories they have accepted in life that have kept them from moving in the direction of God’s dream and destiny for them. Those ideas were built by satanic forces.
You must therefore, get a rich deposit of the Word into you at all times.
You pull down these strongholds with God’s Word and the power of God’s Spirit.
"Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;"
We cast down these imaginations by setting our gaze on only the Word, refusing distractions.
Anything that tries to shoot it's ugly head up in pride against the knowledge of God, we cast down also with the Word and compel or cause every thought to come under the authority of Christ.
