Romans 8:26
Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.
The Spirit helps us in our weaknesses, He bears us up. Hallelujah.
This He does, with sighs and groanings which cannot be uttered. When you get to this level, its not you praying any longer but the Spirit because He knows exactly what you ought to pray and how. With these sighs and groanings, you are hitting the nail on the head, you are actually on point.
